2X Profit: 7-Figure Shopping Structure

Our Best PPC Campaign nomination recognizes our groundbreaking profit-driven Google Shopping strategy for AVA Beauty, where we implemented automation and real-time data optimizations to drive record-breaking growth.

The Challenge

AVA Beauty set out to increase net profit by 50%+ in Q4 2024 while scaling Google Shopping ads. The key challenge was maintaining profitability while increasing ad spend, as traditional campaign structures often fail to optimize for net profit.

The Solution: POAS-Based Shopping Structure

A key part of the success was implementing a Profit on Ad Spend (POAS)-based Shopping structure powered by Profit Metrics, which dynamically allocated budget to the most profitable products in real-time.

To maximize results, we also implemented a series of advanced optimizations:

Hourly product feed updates to eliminate wasted spend on out-of-stock items.
Manual title and image optimizations to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Google CSS partner integration, reducing CPCs by up to 20%.
Real-time attribution via Triple Whale, ensuring budget decisions were based on the most accurate data.

By shifting the focus from ROAS to net profit optimization, we more than doubled profit, far exceeding the original 50% target.
