Six months ago, Build and Bloom was just an idea we couldn’t shake, a clear picture of the kind of agency we wanted to bring into the world. Not one built on speed or noise or chasing every opportunity, but one built on intention. A place where creators feel protected, brands feel supported, and the work feels human.
Today, that intention was recognised on a global stage.
Build and Bloom Management has been named Best New Agency at the Global Agency Awards 2026, less than six months after launching. Writing that still feels surreal.
We didn’t set out to build the fastest‑growing agency. We set out to build the right one. In an industry that moves quickly and loudly, we wanted to create something that felt calm, clear and rooted in values that matter: fairness, transparency, strategy, community, and genuine partnership. We wanted creators to feel safe and respected and brands to feel guided and understood. The framework needed to feel intentional, not reactive.
That approach has shaped every decision, who we work with, how we work, what we say yes to, and what we walk away from. It’s shaped the way we build relationships, the way we communicate, and the way we show up for the people who trust us. Seeing that recognised so early into our journey means more than we can put into words.
We’ve believe that you don’t need to be the loudest to make an impact, or need to scale at all costs. You don’t need to follow the industry’s pace to build something meaningful. You just need to stay anchored in your vision, even when the noise around you is tempting. This award feels like a reminder that staying true to that vision was the right call.

This is only the beginning. There is so much more I want to build, deeper creator support, more strategic long‑term brand partnerships, community‑led programmes, clearer industry standards and a creator ecosystem that feels genuinely human. We’re excited and ready for all of it.
