Conversion Rate Store is a conversion rate optimization agency focused on improving key revenue metrics for clients across eCommerce, SaaS, apps, marketplaces, and lead generation. The agency’s core expertise lies in analyzing user behavior, sentiment, and perception, formulating research-based hypotheses, and validating them through experimentation, including A/B testing. In 2024, the agency grew to nearly 50 people, becoming one of the largest specialist CRO firms in the market, before narrowing its focus to high-ticket, high-potential mid-market clients.

Its client roster includes brands such as Microsoft, Comodo, SamCart, CleanMyMac, Preply, MacPaw, Papaya Global, GameBoost, and GOV+.

Conversion Rate Store’s scientific CRO process typically involves four stages:

  1. Behavioral and funnel-performance analysis

Analyzing user behavior and funnel performance to identify the patterns associated with high conversion and the frictions correlated with drop-off, with the goal of amplifying the former and reducing the latter.
  2. Sentiment and perception research

Investigating on-site and internet-wide user sentiment and perception through on-site surveys, email surveys, usability testing, user interviews, review analysis, session recordings, and heatmap analysis.
  3. Hypothesis development and design

Formulating and designing data-driven CRO hypotheses supported by optimized UX, UI, and copy solutions.
  4. Validation through experimentation

Testing and validating hypotheses through A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, and time-based validation methods.

A significant part of Conversion Rate Store’s work is also focused on developing CRO methodologies for increasing conversion rate, revenue per user, and customer lifetime value. For example, the agency has described and applied a methodology it refers to as conversion through engagement, designed to increase conversion by improving user interaction with key decision-making elements. Another example is its work on intent-based segmentation, where users are segmented according to their jobs-to-be-done and presented with a more personalized experience aligned with their underlying motivation.

As reflected in Conversion Rate Store’s published case studies and client video reviews, the agency has delivered notable uplifts across a range of sectors, including a 140% increase in average revenue per user for its category leader NATPAT, a 60% increase in conversion rate for the leading mortgage broker in Australia Hunter Galloway, a 30% year-on-year increase in average revenue per user for the fastest growing equestrian brand in the world, LeMieux, a 19% increase in average revenue per user for CleanMyMac X, a 17% increase in conversion rate for the leading online education platform with over 100,000 tutors and students, Preply, and a 17.5% increase in conversion rate for the well-known cyber security company, Comodo.

Conversion Rate Store is grateful to the Global Agency Awards for the opportunity to present its expertise, methodology, and client results, and to showcase the impact it has delivered for businesses across the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
