Blend Commerce Shortlisted for CRO Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards 2026

They say that in eCommerce, you’re either growing or you’re slowing. At Blend Commerce, everything we do is about our clients’ growth, and our work over the past year has just been validated on a world stage: we’ve been shortlisted for CRO Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards 2026.

For us, this recognition reflects the way we’ve chosen to build Blend: deliberately senior, deliberately hands-on, and focused on delivering work that makes a measurable difference for the brands we partner with.

Who Are Blend Commerce?

We are a specialist Shopify CRO agency with a team of 11, all highly experienced, senior digital specialists. We’ve stayed intentionally small because we believe clients get better outcomes when the work stays in experienced hands.

We support brands across the UK, US, EU, and Australia, helping them make smarter decisions about how their stores evolve. Our focus is on giving clients a clear, evidence-backed direction for growth through behavioural insight and structured testing.

The Method Behind the Metrics: Our PECTI Framework

Most brands have a long list of things they could change on their website. But they often struggle to know what they should change to actually make more money. We solve this by putting every idea through our PECTI Framework.

Every recommendation we make is scored out of 100 based on five factors:

P = Proof: What evidence do we have that it will work?

E = Ease: What’s the level of complexity and risk?

C = Cost: What’s the cost to you?

T = Time: How long will it take to implement?

I = Impact: What’s the potential uplift?

This process turns a to-do list into a prioritised roadmap that keeps us and our clients from wasting time on projects that look nice but don’t deliver a commercial return.

The Work That Got Us Here

Our award entry highlighted three specific projects where our PECTI process and senior-led execution delivered meaningful results.

Sports Nutrition Brand: Compounding Growth

      We’ve worked with this brand since May 2023. For their Irish store, we used our data-led roadmap to fix their subscription UX and product page hierarchy.

      The result: A 56% increase in conversion rate, rising from 6.18% to an industry-leading 9.63% over 12 months.

      Azuna Fresh: Solving the Mobile Friction

      High-consideration brands often lose customers because of small, invisible points of friction. For Azuna Fresh, we identified that mobile users struggled to understand differences in colour variants on collection pages. We tested dynamic naming of variants to improve clarity.

        The result: A 4.87% lift in conversion rate, with the variant delivering the strongest and most consistent improvement across key metrics.

        Vegepod Australia: Shortening the Purchase Journey

        During our audit for Vegepod, we found that while Shop Pay was their most popular payment method, it was only visible at the final checkout stage. We hypothesised that moving an Express Checkout CTA directly under the Add to Cart button would build trust and speed up the journey.

        The result: A 35.8% increase in conversion rate and a 24.23% decrease in checkout abandonment.

        Innovation: The Blend AI Marketing and Data Engine

        Over the last year, we’ve built an internal AI innovation and marketing engine that unifies six core knowledge libraries, including our “CRO Bible” of 250+ proprietary recommendations and a vast database of real-world A/B test case studies (we publish many of these in our public-facing Shopify A/B test library). This system allows our strategists to query years of insights conversationally, ensuring that every client benefits from the collective intelligence of every test we’ve ever run. For us, AI strengthens the work our team already does by helping us move faster, think more clearly, and draw on past learning more effectively.
