This is demonstrated in our work with The Ordinary, where we reversed declining performance on a flagship product using our AI-led SEO approach, delivering a 14% increase in sales and an 18% year-on-year (YoY) increase in units sold. The client described our award-winning work as “a key driver of this double-digit growth.”

  • A FTSE 250 business engaged Exposure Ninja to investigate a decline in traffic and conversions across a subsidiary. We delivered AI visibility diagnostics and a technical remediation strategy to remove barriers limiting performance in search and AI platforms.
  • A German DAX 30 company partnered with Exposure Ninja to address a reputational challenge, where AI systems did not recognise the organisation as “innovative.” We worked with corporate communications and PR teams to improve content, entity signals, and media strategy, strengthening brand representation across AI platforms.

In 2025, we evolved our approach to search marketing. Rather than managing SEO, PPC, CRO, and Content Marketing as separate services, we aligned them into a single, AI-informed strategy focused on improving visibility, conversion, and long-term growth across both paid and organic channels.

This unified approach delivered strong results for our clients across multiple sectors, including:

  • DSLD Mortgage (U.S.): Our integrated search campaign generated over 11,000 leads in 12 months and earned four industry awards in 2025.
  • Age Care Bathrooms (UK): We increased monthly leads from 60 to over 300, exceeding targets by 197% and winning three awards for the campaign.
