About Dapper – the growth agency
Dapper is a B2B online marketing agency based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, focused on turning marketing into a scalable growth engine for our clients. By combining strategy, content, and performance, we design and execute demand generation strategies that build long-term visibility and drive inbound opportunities.
The agency was founded with the ambition to become a global leader in the B2B space, employing 500 people within ten years. Two years after setting that goal, we’ve grown to an international team of 40+ marketers, strategists, and creatives.

The work that got us here
For a long time, B2B marketing focused on pushing people through the marketing funnel while they were not ready to convert. This resulted in low-quality leads and wasted time for both marketing and sales teams. That’s why we build demand generation strategies that center our client’s internal experts. By letting them share valuable content consistently and on the right online channels, they stay top of mind until their target audience is ready to buy.
For Online Payment Platform (OPP), a Dutch fintech scale-up, that meant building thought leadership around their experts to break into new markets and differentiate from larger competitors. As a result, OPP saw:

We apply the same strategy internally, which led to 170 inbound leads in 2024. We did not use cold outreach or referrals.
