Exposure Ninja Shortlisted for Best Charitable/Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative at the 2025 Global Agency Awards

We’re excited to announce that Exposure Ninja has been shortlisted for the Best Charitable/Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative at the 2025 Global Agency Awards. This nomination recognises the work we’ve done to build a digital marketing agency that drives real change in our communities and industry while delivering great results for our clients. 

Volunteering Initiatives

We provide every team member with paid volunteering time, allowing them to support causes they care about deeply. In 2024, our team drove a 51% increase in volunteering hours, making it our biggest year yet for community impact. Our volunteering initiatives included beach cleans, litter picks, mentoring, netball coaching, volunteering at animal sanctuaries, and more. 

Rain, our Director of Finance, organises and leads an annual Toy and Rice Drive in the Philippines, providing essential food and gifts to underprivileged children every Christmas.

Digital Marketing Mentoring

Being fully remote hasn’t stopped our ability to make a tangible difference. We believe that no one’s future should be limited by their background, gender, location, or financial situation — so we set up our Ninja Mentoring Programme. Over six months, mentees receive one-on-one guidance, focusing on career growth, confidence building, and actionable development plans. Our mentoring programme is spearheaded by Dale Davies, our Head of Marketing.

Charitable Donations

Alongside volunteering, we donated 1% of our profit to charitable causes like The Prince’s Trust, The American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund, and Stonewall Equality, ensuring that our financial impact matched our team’s efforts. In addition, we match our team’s charitable donations.

100% CO2 Emissions Offset 

Marketing is digital, but its environmental impact is real. We take responsibility for our footprint by funding projects with Ecologi, planting over 12,000 trees and offsetting over 1000 CO2 emissions. Sustainability is built into how we operate, helping us maintain our B Corp certification and ensuring we’re held to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.
