The Social Shepherd is a social media marketing agency based in Bath. The team is over the moon to have been shortlisted for Social Media Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards, months after the company went international.

The Social Shepherd team have seen impressive growth these last 5 years, going from a team of 44 to 67 within the last year, as well as moving into a brand-new office to allow further growth, opening in new locations, and surpassing their revenue goals by 50.7%.
In November 2023, the agency announced plans to open an office in New York, as part of its US expansion. In early 2024, 5 founding members moved to offices in central New York and Miami, while looking for talent to join the US team.
